Very berry post-workout smoothie recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative e.g. coconut yoghurt)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Ice (optional)
Instructions:
Add the mixed berries, sliced banana, unsweetened almond milk, yogurt, and vanilla protein powder to a blender.
If desired, add a tablespoon of honey for added sweetness. You can also add some ice if you prefer a thicker smoothie.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
This tasty smoothie is great for post-workout, to boost your protein, carbohydrates, and antioxidant intake that can help repair and replenish those muscles after a workout.
Subsitute whey with plant based protein for vegetarians & vegans, and use coconut yoghurt in place of Greek yoghurt. So good!
