Common questions to help you get started.

Booking a class

  • Our 21 Days Intro Offer starts from the day of your first booking, not the date you purchase.

    When you first purchase, the receipt will say 21 days from the purchase date, but once you book a class through the Feel Good App, the expiry date will update.

  • Some of our classes can be busy, so to save any disappointment, we recommend booking your class ahead of time.

  • If a class you’d like to attend is full, we encourage you to sign up to the waitlist.

    The system will automatically add you to the class whenever a spot becomes available. This can happen right up until 15 minutes before the start of class so we ask that you treat the waitlist like a booked class.

    Being on the waitlist tells us that you are currently waiting for a spot in that class. If you can no longer make it to that class, or no longer intend on going to that class, we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist. This tells us that you’re no longer waiting for a spot in class, and it allows us to offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

    You are responsible for all classes that you are added to from the waitlist. The Late Cancel and No Show policy applies.

    Please make sure you are subscribed to email and/or text notifications for reminders and schedule updates.

    No shows will result in forfeiting that class, and charges for that class will apply.

  • If the doors are locked, we’re either teaching a class, or not in the studio.

    There is always an instructor available to chat 15 minutes before the class starts. If you’d like a tour of our studio, or to chat with one of our friendly instructors, check out our schedule here. Alternatively, send us an email here and we can arrange a time to meet you!

  • If you're interested in trying a single class, we offer casual classes for $35.

    Alternatively, the best value is our intro offer which includes 21 days of unlimited pilates for only $99! We want you to come and try all of our class styles, meet our fantastic teachers and attend as many classes as you can in 3 weeks so you can really see the Feel Good difference!

Coming to class

  • Doors open 15 minutes before the class starts. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of class so you can pick a reformer bed and settle in. Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to practice if you arrive past the class start time.

  • Wear something that is comfortable and free moving! We recommend bringing a towel if you know it’s something you sometimes need.

    No shoes are to be worn in the reformer room, grip socks are optional. We sell them at the studio too!

    We recommend you bring a water bottle, but please no glass. We have filtered water available to top up your own bottles in our studio.

  • Grip socks are optional. We have a great range for sale at each studio!

  • Please place your phone on silent before entering the studio.

    We ask that no phones or personal belongings are brought into the reformer room. Use your class time to unplug!

Class cancel and no-show policy

  • If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your booking, you must cancel through the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class.

    All cancellations are to be done via the Feel Good App, Mindbody App or Feel Good Website. We do not accept cancellations via email, phone or social media.

    We appreciate life gets busy, however outside of an emergency we have a strict 6 hour cancellation policy. This includes classes you are added to from the waitlist.

    Unlimited Memberships (including Foundation):

    Clients with Unlimited Memberships will be charged the following fees for each Late Cancel and No Show.

    • Late Cancel Fee $5

    • No Show Fee $10

    We understand that sometimes things happen outside of your control, so we waive the first 2 fees each month.

    2 & 3 Class per week Members:

    If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time or do not attend, your cancelled class will be reinstated within 48 hours, and you will be charged the following fees:

    • Late Cancel Fee $10

    • No Show Fee $20

    Cancellation fees are automatically applied 48 hours after class.

    Class Pack & Casual Class Clients:

    If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time or do not attend, your class will be forfeited.

    By booking a class you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.

    We want everyone to feel good, so we ask that you please only book classes that you will be attending.

  • Cancellations must be made on the Feel Good Pilates app website and cannot be made via phone or email.

  • Whilst we check our emails regularly, there is a chance that we may not receive your email or message in time. Our Feel Good Pilates app is user friendly and the easiest way to book and cancel classes.

  • If you found the door locked and you were booked into the class, we’re sorry you missed out.

    We always ensure we start our classes on time, and the studio door is locked at the start of each class for the security of our clients, teachers and their belongings.

    Our instructors are asked to start all classes on time so they're unable to wait for late entries.

Who can attend classes?

  • If you're brand new to pilates, we recommend starting with 'Feel New'. In this class, we show you how to use the equipment and guide you through foundational movements that give you a flavour of what Feel Good Pilates is all about.

    We appreciate there are not as many Feel New classes on the schedule and whilst it is the best class to go to if you’ve never been on a reformer before, Feel Good is the next best option. Generally, exercises will have a series of layers that the instructor will talk you through. You can choose how far you take each exercise so there are always options to pull things back.

  • Firstly, congratulations! We understand how important it is to continue to move your body when you’re growing another :)

    Up to 15 weeks: You can continue your classes as normal.

    Once you reach 15 weeks, we ask that you book a Private Reformer class with one of our expert trainers so they can guide you through the current global prenatal guidelines. After the private session, you will feel empowered with an understanding and knowledge of pregnancy safe exercises to help you continue in group classes. Of course, our instructors will be there to assist and ensure you and your growing bump are moving safely.

    After 15 weeks and the Private class has been completed: We’re happy for you to continue in any Feel New, Feel Good and Feel Strong classes.

    Unfortunately, Feel Fit classes are no longer suitable.

  • Congratulations - your body has just done something incredible!

    We get it, you want a bit of your old life back and some time just for you. Please wait at least 6 weeks post birth, or until your GP has given you clearance before you return to physical activity.

    We can’t wait to have you back at class, and we will be here with open arms to help you safely build back your strength and fitness.

  • Yes, children aged 13 and over are welcome to join classes, as long as a parent or guardian consents and accompanies them at each class.

    Before participating, the parent or guardian is required to sign the child’s waiver form, to ensure you and your child acknowledge the activity you are both participating in and any inherent risks involved.

    Unfortunately, children are not permitted to wait in the studio while their parents are attending a class.

  • As a Feel Good Member, you are welcome to invite a friend to join you for a Pilates class! The friend must be new to Feel Good and it must be pre-booked.

    To get started, your friend will need to download our Feel Good app and create an account. Once they've created an account, they will need to go to to their profile and sign the online waiver. Once done, simply send us an email with their details and we'll add a free class to their account.

  • Absolutely! As a weekly member, you can suspend your membership at any time.

    To suspend, please fill in the form via the Contact Us Page. Please allow 48 hours to process membership suspensions.

    Please note: Upfront memberships are not eligible for suspensions for any reason.

  • Yes absolutely!

    Feel Good Pilates Members are welcome to upgrade or downgrade between the membership options.

    To upgrade or downgrade your membership, please fill in the form via the Contact Us Page.

    Please note, there is a minimum term of 2 weeks after any change.

  • Weekly memberships continue until you email us to cancel the membership.

    To cancel your membership, please fill in the form via the Contact Us Page. The cancellation period of 14 days will commence from your next scheduled payment date.

  • Pilates makes you feel good! Both physically and mentally, that’s why we call it feel good movement.

    Pilates helps build strength from within - strong muscles and core, and a strong, healthy mind.

  • Not at all! Our classes are suitable for most ages (must be older than 16), sizes, genders, and fitness levels. Our expert instructors offer modifications as needed; just ensure you let them know of any pre-existing conditions before the class. In every class, you will feel your muscles working, they might even shake uncontrollably, and you will definitely feel a burn. That’s a good thing!

  • You can purchase gift cards through our website, Feel Good Pilates app or in studio.

    If you'd like a physical gift card to give to your recipient, drop into your local studio and we can arrange this for you.
