All the instructors are very experienced, accommodating and ready to make your class a challenging but relaxing experience. There's a variety of classes and the Feel Good one is perfect from anyone from beginners to advanced with the instructors suggesting layers to the exercises. I came in just to try one class and ended up consistently going twice a week for months now. Love this place.”
