Earn $5 off your weekly payment for every member you refer (yes EVERY member!), for the duration that they are an active member with us. If you refer enough members then you could significantly reduce your own weekly membership. Go you good thing!
Conditions:
Your referral must be a new member to Feel Good Pilates.
A new member is someone who has not held a membership with us previously.
Offer is only valid once for each new member.
To activate a referral, contact us at hello@feelgoodpilates.com.au once your friend has signed up for a membership.
Activations of referrals can take up to 48 hours to process, and $5 off your next payment will apply from the next applicable payment cycle.

As a Feel Good Member, you are welcome to invite a friend to join you for a Pilates class! The friend must be new to Feel Good and it must be pre-booked.
To get started, ask your friend to download our Feel Good app and create an account. Once they've signed the online waiver, simply send us an email with their details, and we'll add a free class to their account.
Conditions:
Your friend must be a new client to Feel Good Pilates.
A new client is someone who has not attended any class with us previously.
Offer is only valid once for each new client.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can bring for free while you hold an active membership, as long as they meet the conditions listed above.

The best way to book classes is through the Feel Good App or our Website. Download the App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your booking, you must cancel through the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class.
All cancellations are to be done via the Feel Good App, Mindbody App or Feel Good Website. We do not accept cancellations via email, phone or social media.
We appreciate life gets busy, however outside of an emergency we have a strict 6 hour cancellation policy.
Unlimited Memberships (including Foundation):
Clients with Unlimited Memberships will be charged the following fees for each Late Cancel and No Show.
Late Cancel Fee $5
No Show Fee $10
We understand that sometimes things happen outside of your control, so we waive the first 2 fees each month.
2 & 3 Class per week Members:
If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time or do not attend, your cancelled class will be reinstated within 48 hours, and you will be charged the following fees:
Late Cancel Fee $10
No Show Fee $20
Cancellation fees are automatically applied 48 hours after class.
Class Pack & Casual Class Clients:
If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time or do not attend, your class will be forfeited.
By booking a class you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.
We want everyone to feel good, so we ask that you please only book classes that you will be attending.

Absolutely! As a weekly member, you can pause your membership at any time.
To suspend, please contact us at hello@feelgoodpilates.com.au. Please allow 48 hours to process membership suspensions.
Please note: Upfront memberships are not eligible for suspensions for any reason.

Feel Good Pilates Members are welcome to upgrade or downgrade between the membership options.
Simply email us to upgrade or downgrade your membership.
Please note, there is a minimum term of 2 weeks after any change.

Weekly memberships continue until you email us to cancel the membership.

Create your own pilates practice by incorporating different class styles into your routine. We recommend 3-4 classes a week to maintain a balanced approach and work out your whole body.
