Just as there are no two bodies the same, pregnancy is no different – one thing that remains certain is that your body will experience major and wonderful changes.as it helps prepare your body for birth and supports postpartum recovery.

  • Returning to exercise should be based on your doctor’s advice, this would usually occur around 6 weeks after birth but will vary depending on delivery (vaginal or C-section) and your recovery.

Exercising after giving birth has many positive benefits on women’s physical health, including: strength & flexibility, and also their emotional health, reducing anxiety & depression.

You can continue to practice in our pre & post natal Feel Good Baby class once your baby arrives, so your baby can join in too :)
