Our Feel Fabulous class style is designed for 55 years and over, but not exclusively. This low impact class is tailored for those that want to build their core strength and functional fitness, and adapted to suit your own needs and ability.
When youāre in class, take breaks as you need and join back in when you can. Our instructors have a keen eye for form and will help guide you and ensure you get the most out of each class.
